Peter Krejci and Jonathon Keenan were appointed Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators of Insurtech Solutions Pty Ltd on 12 August 2024.

At the Second Meeting of Creditors held on 16 September 2024, the Company was placed into Liquidation and Peter Krejci and Jonathon Keenan were appointed Joint and Several Liquidators of the Company.

At a further meeting of creditors held on 13 November 2024, creditors resolved to place the Company into Voluntary Administration and Peter Krejci and Jonathon Keenan were again appointed Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators.
