The business known as “Engas Australasia” operated as a supplier of Hydrocarbon Refrigerants.

The Liquidator of Engas Australasia Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) (ACN 147 441 361) is seeking expressions of interest for the purchase of certain assets of the business, including hydrocarbon refrigerants stock*, rights to registered trademarks and domain name.

Expressions of interest are invited by 5.00pm WST, Thursday 3 November 2016.

* Any interested party is required to make their own enquiries to ensure compliance with any applicable rules and regulations relating to handling, transport, supply of or otherwise dealing in any way with hydrocarbon refrigerants.
