Plasterboard & Render Pty Ltd (“the Company”) was placed into Liquidation at a duly convened member’s meeting held on 3 March 2017, and Danny Vrkic of DV Recovery Management was appointed Liquidator.

At the Meeting of Creditors held on 17 March 2017, creditors resolved to appoint Luke O’Connor as replacement Liquidator of the Company. Danny Vrick resigned as Liquidator on that day.
