Peter Krejci and Andrew Cummins were appointed Voluntary Administrators of Eden Australasia Pty Ltd & The Sapphire Australasia Pty Ltd on 24 September 2024. At the second meeting of creditors held on 6 January 2025, creditors resolved to accept a Deed of Company Arrangement proposal. On 16 January 2025, Peter Krejci and Andrew Cummins were appointed Deed Administrators.

Subsequently, on 12 March 2025, Peter Krejci and Andrew Cummins were appointed Joint and Several Liquidators.
