Moira Carter is a registered liquidator and registered trustee in bankruptcy with over 20 years’ experience in insolvency. Moira has experience in corporate liquidations and receiverships, with a particular interest in personal bankruptcy and personal insolvency agreements. She has a deep understanding of the diverse economic issues affecting the North Queensland market.
