Andre Strazdins and Stuart Otway were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of Graf-X Pty Ltd formerly trading as “Five Star Print” on 22 August 2015 by a resolution of the sole director pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001 (“the Act”).

The trading operations of the Company were transferred to a related entity prior to our appointment.

At a meeting of the creditors of the Company held on 22 September 2015, creditors resolved that the Company be wound up, pursuant to Section 439C of the Act and the Administrators became the Liquidators of the Company.
