Clint Joseph is a registered liquidator based in Perth, specialising in corporate recovery, restructuring, turnaround management, and insolvency. With over 20 years of experience, Clint has worked with corporate clients, private equity firms, boards, financiers, retail banks and small-to-medium enterprises to provide expert solutions in times of financial distress.

Clint has extensive experience across all areas of insolvency and restructuring. This includes conducting Independent Business Reviews for equity and debt holders, as well as managing large-scale insolvency and restructuring assignments. He regularly works with companies, private equity clients and financiers to address liquidity challenges and improve capital structures. Clint is renowned for his leadership in crisis situations, including balance sheet reorganisations, divestments of distressed assets and the implementation of effective turnaround strategies.

In addition to his professional expertise, Clint is actively involved in the public initiatives of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Turnaround Management Association of Australia. He also contributes to the not-for-profit sector through board and committee roles.

Experience
  • Paladin Energy Limited (Voluntary Administration) – A global uranium explorer and mining company with assets in Australia, Africa, and Canada. Successfully restructured and recapitalised the company through the Voluntary Administration process.
  • Advisory roles in major capital projects – Provided credit risk assessments for several significant projects in Western Australia, including a $30.0 billion LNG project.
  • AVRWA Pty Ltd (formerly Avid Resources WA Pty Ltd) – Voluntary Administrator of a multi-disciplinary business providing market-leading construction and maintenance services on metal and mineral projects.
  • Ku De Ta Perth Pty Ltd (Voluntary Administration) – Voluntary Administrator of the Ku De Ta Bar & Restaurant, facilitating its successful sale to a new hospitality provider.
  • EC&M Limited (Voluntary Administration) – Voluntary Administrator of a leading construction and maintenance company servicing clients in mining, oil and gas, infrastructure and power generation sectors. Negotiated the sale of the business to a specialist power solutions provider, which later listed on the ASX with a current market cap exceeding A$1 billion.
